Charity Wills Event | December 10, 2026
Planning together helps ensure that you and your partner have clearly documented your wishes and taken important steps to protect your family’s future.
During the Lutz Parish Gerrish Charity Wills Event, participating lawyers will prepare individual Wills for two people booking together at a special combined rate of $300.
Each person will have their own Will, reflecting their individual wishes regarding their estate, beneficiaries, and the administration of their affairs.
Your Appointment
This package includes one shared 30-minute appointment for two individuals on Thursday, December 10, 2026. Both individuals must attend. Information submitted in advance will be used to prepare the documents for review and signing.
Important Information
- Payment: Payment may be made by cash or cheque made out to the Rotary Club of Sussex
- Forms Deadline: All required forms must be completed and submitted by November 20, 2026.
- Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Due to the limited time and space available, late arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Appointment Duration: 30 minutes.
- Advance Booking: Appointments must be reserved in advance. Walk-ins are not possible.
- Event Location: Lutz Parish Gerrish location in Sussex, 454 Main Street, Sussex, NB
- Event time: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Parking: On street parking is available.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Rotary Club of Sussex, supporting its work in our community.
Each Will is prepared for the individual concerned. If circumstances involve complex estate planning or potential conflicts of interest, separate appointments or additional legal services may be required.
