Take a more comprehensive approach to planning for your future with a Will and Power of Attorney prepared together.
During the Lutz Parish Gerrish Charity Wills Event, participating lawyers will prepare both documents for one individual at a special combined rate of $400.
Your Will provides instructions for the administration and distribution of your estate after your death. A Power of Attorney allows you to authorize a trusted person to act on your behalf in specified circumstances during your lifetime.
Together, these documents form an important foundation for personal and estate planning.
Your Appointment
This package includes one scheduled 30-minute appointment with a participating lawyer on Thursday, December 10, 2026. Your information must be submitted in advance so the documents can be prepared for review and signing.
Important Information
- Payment: Payment may be made by cash or cheque made out to the Rotary Club of Sussex
- Forms Deadline: All required forms must be completed and submitted by November 20, 2026.
- Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Due to the limited time and space available, late arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Appointment Duration: 30 minutes.
- Advance Booking: Appointments must be reserved in advance. Walk-ins are not possible.
- Event Location: Lutz Parish Gerrish location in Sussex, 454 Main Street, Sussex, NB
- Event time: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Parking: On street parking is available.
