
Carley Parish, K.C. was born in South Surrey, British Columbia, and moved to New Brunswick in 2001 to attend law school. She has proudly called Hampton home since 2004, where she lives with her husband, Michel Boudreau.
Carley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Moncton in 2004. She has also pursued graduate studies in civil law at Université Laval. A member of the Law Society of New Brunswick since 2005, she has appeared before all levels of court in the province.
Carley joined Lutz Parish Gerrish in 2004, became a partner in 2009, and now serves as Managing Partner. In addition to her practice, she has taught at the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law and the New Brunswick Bar Admission Course, and has served in leadership roles within the legal profession, including as President of the Law Society of New Brunswick.
Carley has long been involved in organizations supporting youth, families, community development, and access to services throughout New Brunswick. Her volunteer and board experience has included Make-A-Wish Canada, Hestia House, MindCare New Brunswick, the Children’s Wish Foundation of New Brunswick, the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce, and KV Oasis Youth Centre, among others. Under her leadership, the firm’s Wills Event campaigns have raised more than $600,000 for community organizations.
Carley remains deeply committed to the communities served by Lutz Parish Gerrish and to supporting local organizations, businesses, and initiatives that improve the lives of New Brunswickers.
