Charity Wills Event | December 10, 2026
Planning ahead isn’t only about what happens after your lifetime. It’s also about ensuring that someone you trust can assist with important decisions if you become unable to manage your own affairs.
As part of the Lutz Parish Gerrish Charity Wills Event, participating lawyers will prepare a Power of Attorney for one individual at a special event rate of $250.
A properly prepared Power of Attorney can allow you to appoint a trusted individual to act on your behalf within the authority granted by the document.
Your Appointment
Your booking includes a scheduled 30-minute appointment with a participating lawyer on Thursday, December 10, 2026. Information submitted in advance will be used to prepare your documents for review and signing.
Important Information
- Payment: Payment may be made by cash or cheque made out to the Rotary Club of Sussex
- Forms Deadline: All required forms must be completed and submitted by November 20, 2026.
- Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Due to the limited time and space available, late arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Appointment Duration: 30 minutes.
- Advance Booking: Appointments must be reserved in advance. Walk-ins are not possible.
- Event Location: Lutz Parish Gerrish location in Sussex, 454 Main Street, Sussex, NB
- Event time: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Parking: On street parking is available.
