Lutz Parish Gerrish is seeking experienced Senior Paralegals to join one of our established and growing practices in St. Stephen or Saint Andrews. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful files, work closely with experienced lawyers, and play a key role in supporting and developing our legal teams within a full-service New Brunswick firm.

What we are looking for
- Significant experience working as a paralegal or senior legal support professional.
- Strong knowledge of legal file management, documentation, client service and office procedures.
- Ability to manage files independently while working closely with supervising lawyers.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain accuracy in a busy practice.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff is an asset.
- French-English bilingual ability is a significant asset but not a requirement.
